Dear Laundry (and dishes, kitchen floor, bathrooms, vacuuming, grocery shopping, dirty diapers...),
I have recently noticed your remarkable efforts to do your job so well! I thought I would take the time to congratulate you on a job well done! You have been working so hard to ensure that there is always laundry in the basket. I venture to say you have been working overtime. In fact, I was wondering if you ever sleep. It seems I try to have all the clothes clean and all the baskets empty, but by morning the baskets are already on their way to being filled again. You are very sneaky in your work. It's quite admirable that you can do such a good job considering the constant demand and strain it must put on you.
I would not want your efforts to go unnoticed, nor would I want you to go unrewarded, thus I am hereby giving you a two week vacation! Congratulations again on all your hard work!

I'm in the middle of laundry right now. Such a pain. I have to pack the kids, laundry, and supplies in the stroller and walk over to the machines. I want a house.

very funny, and so true. we don't even have kids and i do laundry every few days. maybe if brian didn't wear workout clothes AND hunting clothes AND regular clothes everyday, i would get a break!
