it's been a long time comin'
it's been a while, and for the people like myself, sorry there's no pictures this post. Erick and I just got to Kansas City 2 days ago and have been running around trying to get everything packed up and ready to go. We've been busy, but having a great time. Just a few days before we moved out here we spent a day canning and canned 87 quarts in one day! We did salsa, peaches, and tomatoes. That's a record for us, maybe next year we'll pass it up?! We're doing great, and when I feel like uploading some pictures from our camera, I'll post some =)

Good luck in Kansas City. I'm so impressed that you canned so much right before the move, way to go! Are you guys going to be in Utah for Christmas, it'd be great to see you. Take care. Can't wait to see more pics!
Jenn! I've been waiting for a new post from you! Anyway, you'll have to tell me more about your canning tomatoes, I've really been wanting to do my own tomatoe sauce lately (less sodium), but I'm sure it'll just be another one of my big ideas that I don't follow through on. How is Kansas City? I wish I was there too to hang out with you and Kirsten.

Congrats on that new little one that's up and coming. Kansas CIty, how exciting. I sure miss Missouri. I can't wait to see pictures of Everett. They grow so quickly at this stage.
