Back in October we went camping with the boys. They l.o.v.e.d. the fire. I think it's an internal boy thing.
In the morning the lake was beautiful! But it was a little chilly and we weren't quite prepared for how cold it was so we didn't stay very long.
When I was dating a guy one time I asked him if he'd ever take a 2 year old camping--he said no. I thought that was so lame. When I was dating Erick I asked him the same question and he said, 'why not?'. I thought that was awesome--maybe even sealed the deal.
Although it was A LOT of gear and quite a bit of work for such a short, cold, uncomfortable night, we had a BLAST and I can hardly wait to take them again.
